Matt Hobbs, CEO
Matt has 25 years experience across all aspects of the hospitality sector.
He brings with him a wealth of experience in market leading brands that remain profitable for decades. These have included The Groucho Club, The Ivy, Soho House, Scott's Restaurant, Le Caprice & The Birley Group.
Matt has worked internationally in multiple continents and is proud to say that there is not a business which he has been involved in that is not trading successfully today.

KATE LEVENSTEIN
Director
After serving as the Membership Director at The Club at The Ivy, Kate went on to establish the highly successful Dover Street Arts Club. In her capacity at The Arts Club, she spearheaded the launch of membership for their latest establishment in the heart of Dubai's DIFC. Alongside this, she also opened their wellness club, Lanserhof at The Arts Club. Kate is a great connector and possesses an unparalleled network of individuals from around the world.

ZACHARY ELFMAN
Finance Director
After earning his master’s at the London School of Economics, Zachary began his career as an analyst for a private equity fund before transitioning to a global value hedge fund. He is an expert in financial modeling, fundamental analysis, and valuation.
Zachary has successfully led business sales, advised on early-stage funding rounds, and served as interim CFO for various startups.
Known for his financial acumen and strategic insights, Zachary plays a key role in driving growth and value creation across a range of industries.

Asia & Middle East Advisor
Ammar has over two decades of experience leading corporate ventures and entrepreneurial projects across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the UAE. As a founding member of Dubai Mercantile Exchange, he helped establish its finance and administrative teams before moving into ventures in finance and hospitality, securing capital for high-growth startups.
With expertise in structuring partnerships, fundraising, and business development, Ammar is a valuable asset to leadership teams. His extensive network and strategic insight make him a sought-after advisor.

FIA FREEMAN
Operations Director
Launching her career at Caprice Holdings, Fia managed the successful openings of Sexy Fish (Miami), Scotts (Richmond), Bacchanalia, and Scotts (Saudi).
Fia then moved to F&B Project Management for two of the largest venues in London: Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and the O2 Arena. Here, she led the launch of F1 Drive at Tottenham and “The 93rd” Private Member’s area at the O2.

Melissa began her career at Mission PR, where she contributed to the launch of several high-profile brands. She now coordinates all projects and specialises in creative production, ensuring smooth execution across brand, marketing, PR, tableware, uniform, art and music.
With her organisational skills and experience in brand development, Melissa plays a vital role in driving the success of each initiative, making her an indispensable member of the team.

Lexy began her career as a personal assistant at Osborne and Denée where her passion for travel led her to become a luxury travel specialist. During her time there, she collaborated closely with leading hotels around the globe, gaining deep insight into client needs and high-end destinations
Now an expert in coordinating bespoke travel experiences, Lexy's organisational skills and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to Matt and the team.

TANYA NATHAN
Development Director
Tanya has over 25 years of experience in hospitality.
She spent 12 years as Group Projects Director and Development Director at Soho House Group, collaborating closely with CEO Nick Jones during a period of rapid expansion, leading the creation of iconic projects like Soho Farmhouse and Soho Works.
At the Michelin-starred River Café, she established their retail operating structure and delivered their first new concept in 37 years: The River Café Café.

Tom Parker Bowles is an award winning restaurant critic, food writer and broadcaster. He is The Mail on Sunday’s Restaurant Critic and writes a monthly food column for Country Life.
He is also a Contributing Editor for Esquire and Condé Nast Traveller. He appears regularly as a judge on BBC’s Masterchef, among many other tv shows and is the author of nine books. His latest, Cooking and The Crown, was released in 2024.
